ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/PERSONAL ASSISTANT Peninsula-based Manager in the real estate industry is seeking a highly motivated and organized part-time Administrative/Personal Assistant to take on a task oriented workload and to help organize a busy home office. The role is Independent Contractor and is responsible for a wide variety of organizational projects, personal assistance and schedule management. The ideal candidate has some property management or real estate experience, is available immediately and can provide some flexibility in their work schedule. WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT THIS JOB: A' . Able to work in home office setting but is also able to manage tasks remotely and via mobile technology when necessary A' . Sweats the small stuff A cents € " strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure; excellent follow through A' . Highly organized A cents € " excellent at time and project management, has clear methodology in staying on track and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once. Ensures everything gets done in a timely manner and needs minimal direction and/or support. Strong office space organization skills and ability to create a vendor database (via spreadsheet is fine) from the ground up A' . Relationship-oriented A cents € " very people-focused with a certain 'joie de vivre' and the ability to develop effective working relationships with vendors, contractors, family members- anyone you come in contact with in your daily work. At the same time, strong ability to exercise excellent boundaries with people when necessary A' . A sense of humor is a huge plus! REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB: A' . At least 2 years experience in an administrative or personal assistant support role A' . Ability to perform personal assistant work that includes but is not limited to errand running, personal travel arrangements and personal calendar management A' . Proficient on Mac, iPad & iPhone as well as Microsoft Office A' . Familiarity with online document storage and retrieval[DropBox, Evernote, etc.) A' . Familiarity with Quick Books is a plus A' . Ability to work some (not very often) evenings and weekends A' . Must own a car and have a valid drivers license A' . College-educated
