Overview The executive assistant is a highly skilled administrative professional who provides a wide range of support services to the CEO and President of the company. The executive assistant must keep the office of the executive running smoothly and will perform executive assistant duties to including coordinating meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, managing calendars, submitting expenses and/or reviewing incoming correspondence and preparing responses. Role Requirements Manage executive's calendars and meetings including developing an understanding of business priorities and relationships across the organization to proactively and independently manage calendar. Make travel arrangements including frequent US and international travel, obtain requisite visas, create itineraries and ensure flawless execution. Prepare/submit expense report in a timely manner along with other executive assistant duties. Plan and execute successful meetings including coordinating all components & details: travel, ground transfers, hotel guest rooms/meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V requirements, etc. Prepare reports and presentations, screening calls, and managing budgets and other financial matters Responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff Prepare, implement, report and analyze results of annual satisfaction surveys. Schedule and execute staff meetings, quarterly meetings and other relevant group activities including site identification, contracting and all associated logistics and details Provide consistent communications throughout process and as follow-up to track progress from initiation to completion; institutionalize "best-practices". Demonstrate ability to interface with key customers, investors, and leaders in a professional manner that is representative of Nevro's culture, ambition and code of conduct. Perform other duties as required. Skills and Knowledge Bachelor's Degree - from any field At least 5 years supporting C-level Strong work ethic and attention to detail Independent and solution oriented Clear and consistent communication Demonstrate professional presence as a representative of Nevro and the President of the company Enjoys booking airfare tickets using Adelman Travel and CONCUR Ability to provide well thought out logistic and contingency planning Must have analytical, problem-solving, team-building, strategic sourcing and change management skills. Flexibility and ability/interest in creative thinking to proactively contribute beyond requested tasks. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills within fast-paced, demanding environment. Ability to work well with others and collaborate on projects with varying functions/departments. Extremely well-organized, flexible and demonstrated follow-up skills. Ability to multi-task to include leading and completing at least 3 events at a time Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills - required. #LI-FH1
