Responsibilities: . Manage all day-to-day, interoffice activities . Ownership of the general appearance and usability of the office space . Greet all visitors, vendors, and business partners; monitor visitor presence and maintain visitor policies. . Pre-order catering for meals and ensure all meals are satisfactory and meet budgetary guidelines . Order/purchase, stock and maintain all office supplies, snacks and beverages, and office equipment . Manage all vendor relationships and maintain vendor directory and contacts . Manage and maintain all facility needs . Manage company's shipping and receiving needs, including sort incoming mail, UPS and FedEx deliveries . Assist with the planning and organization of office move . Review and reconcile vendor invoices . Help support and plan various social/office experience events and assist with special projects as needed. . Maintain a positive work atmosphere and environment. . Recognize/recommend more scalable and streamlined ways of doing things. Required Skills: . Prior experience in a start-up or fast paced working environment . 4+ years of administrative assistant, office or facilities experience in 100+ employees company . Prior experience with coordinating office moves and set-ups . Reliable and accountable . Strong attention to detail, consistently takes initiative and displays a high sense of urgency/ownership . Great organization skills with the abilities to prioritize and problem solve . Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills . Ability to stay calm and collected through high-stress events . Effectively work in a team environment .
