This is a short term engagement for their client in hi-tech. They are seeking a HR Coordinator to assist with the recruiting and onboarding of employees, employee orientation and training. The HR Coordinator's main responsibility is to provide human resource support. HR Coordinator Responsibilities: . Coordinate with the selection and employment process; . Deliver new-full-time orientation and perform administrative functions . Assist with the full-cycle recruitment; . Responsible for onboarding, postings, resume screening, maintaining ATS; . Schedule/conduct interviews, background and reference checks; . Prepare material and new full-time packages to prospective candidates; . Respond to inquiries regarding all employee benefits, resolve discrepancies and support as needed; . Maintain data integrity in the various HRIS systems by inputting employee changes; . Provide transactional and administrative support to the HR Department; . Review and maintain employee records, ensure compliance with regulatory standard . Other tasks as assigned.HR Coordinator Qualifications: . Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience working with HRIS/ATS/other HR Technology a plus . Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; . Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation preparation and delivery) . Excellent time and project management skills with proven organizational and multi-tasking proficiency . Ability to work effectively with and be able to adapt to a various Business Units and detail oriented levels .
