Our client is seeking a hardworking, organized, and professional Junior Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for facilitating the work flow of the day- to- day office activities for the Construction department. Th Junior Administrative Assistant will manage project documents and files, review and process invoices, draft contracts and manage projects from start to finish. Salary/Rate: $18-20/HR - DOE Responsibilities: The Junior Administrative Assistant will coordinate and document construction projects and activities in conjunction with Project Managers Review all departmental invoices for accuracy, code and submit for approval Manage project documents including drawings, minutes, correspondence, and close out packages Draft contracts, change orders, and purchase orders for projects. Assist with monthly reporting as necessary Organize and maintain electronic and paper file system and provide back- up support for all Property Management and Project management staff Benefits: Eligible for Atrium Care Package Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required 2-4 years of office or administrative experience, experience in construction a huge plus High proficiency in MS Office; Familiarity with Nexus, MRI and Workspeed a plus The Junior Administrative Assistant will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while remaining organized, detail oriented and focused in a fast-paced environment Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree
