Responsibilities and Duties: * Assist 12 outside sales employees with order entry during trade shows and meetings * Prepare/gather materials (ie tablecloths, brochures) for trade shows and meetings- ensure sales employees are prepared * Expense reports through Excel (will train) * Provide back-up customer service support What We're Looking For: * Flexibility- you will split time between assisting sales and customer service teams * Accuracy- data entry * Provide a high level of customer service * Intermediate- advanced with Excel- pivot tables and vlookups are a plus Hours: 8 - 4:30 pm Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour OfficeTeam is the world's leading staffing service specializing in the placement of highly skilled office and administrative support professionals on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
