POSITION SUMMARY?Natera is looking for a dedicated Senior Administrative Assistant with the desire to grow within our Human Resources organization. This position will provide administrative support to our Chief People Officer as well as project coordination and data support to the HR team including the HRIS analyst with day to day reporting and audits. The ideal candidate is comfortable completing administrative tasks, such as calendaring and expenses, as well as manipulating data in Excel and within an HRIS system.??PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and schedule meetings using Google calendar. Support executive level recruiting for our CPO and expense management. Establish and maintain effective professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and business contacts including confidential personal and salary information related to the Human Resource function. Run scheduled reports out of our HRIS tool, UltiPro, and distribute to requesting parties weekly. Assist with monthly payroll audits. Pull data and transfer to presentations for monthly Key Performance Indicators meeting Assist with ad hoc projects and project management as needed, including but not limited to event planning, filing, HR practices, and new hire processes.QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting executives and/or teams. Experience in Human Resources or wanting ?to grow within an HR organization desired. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor?s degree preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Strong command of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including ability to create sophisticated diagrams, charts, graphs, tables and presentations. Excel mastery is particularly important.? Ability to work as part of a team, juggling competing priorities.? Strong communication skills, including writing, proofing, speaking, and listening.? Excellent demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.? Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize.? Tolerance for changing work priorities and deadlines and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.? Familiar with general business processes, proactive and resourceful.?PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Duties are typically performed in an office setting.?
