JIRA Administrator/ IT SupportThe Jira Administrator (JIRA, Confluence, HipChat) is a key member of the Enterprise IT and will be responsible for the system administration, documentation, and technical support of JIRA platforms. The successful candidate will have direct hands on experience with Atlassian Products and proficiency across the various life cycles of the projects. The Jira Administrator is responsible for administration, maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, systems management of systems and integrations with other tools or plugins. Administer the JIRA, Confluence and HipChat environments/instances on a day to day basis including performance tuning, scaling, backupsProvide day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of JIRA, Confluence and HipChatTest, install, and configure plugins and add-onsCreate JIRA projects, queries and reports as neededMake changes to workflows, screens, fields and reportingEnhance system performance monitoring and providing agreed upon SLAInstall, upgrade and maintain pluginsMust Have:3+ years of working experience in an IT Support role OR JIRA administration experience.Proficient at Windows and OSX operating systemsProficient with Lenovo and Apple hardwarePooja 359-2160 - provided by DiceJIRA, IT, Confluence, HipChat
