Job Description Theranos is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a rapidly growing Engineering organization. Theranos is looking for dynamic people that get excited by recruiting hard to find people. The position is full-time and based in our Palo Alto Location. Responsibilities Manage recruiting process for our Engineering organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Innovate on ways to build a dynamic talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues that target talent. Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates Own research, create target lists and source candidates.Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis Desired Skills & Experience Requirements 3-6 years Technical recruiting for a search firm or in-house recruiting team Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies Experience sourcing SW Engineering, Operations and IT engineers a plus.
