This is a position where you will learn the inner workings of Incapsula's technology, gain a high level of expertise in top-notch cloud solutions while working directly with our Security, Engineering and Network Operations teams worldwide. You will work directly with our customers helping them to overcome complicated technical issues, mitigate sophisticated attacks, maximize their performance and ensure the availability of their business critical applications. Responsibilities: Day-by-day, thorough investigation of escalated support tickets, which includes calls/meetings with customers, troubleshooting tools, TCP dumps and various tests.Act as a subject matter expert for customers in security, performance, networking and application fields.Communication with other teams: R&D, Security, QA and Operations, providing the teams with all the information and data required to bring the issue to resolution.Training Tier-1 on handling issues and providing Tier-1 with tools and knowledge to reduce escalationsLeading and managing support related projects.
