We are seeking a talented Account Manager to work within our Client Services team!

Company’s cloud-based gamification offering makes it easy to add and maintain game mechanics to online experiences and as the most widely-deployed platform is used by top brands such as NBC, CBS, ABC, Comcast, Hasbro, WB, and many others. With a growing list of top tier customers, we’re growing rapidly and are adding experienced customer-facing individuals to our team. That’s where you come in. The Client Services Account Manager is the main point of contact for customers, acting as the liaison between the customer and internal teams. You will ensure absolute customer satisfaction by delivering measurable value through successful gamification programs powered by company solutions. Your ability to drive customer deployments from program design through technical deployment will include orchestration of the efforts of company subject matter experts, customer teams and other third-party participants. You will influence the growth of customer gamification programs, product evolution and our approach to the marketplace. Responsibilities:
- Overarching account management of multiple customers
- Foster relationships with customer business stakeholders
- Advise customers on Gamification and company solutions
- Responsibility for the quantifiable success of customer programs
- Deliver overall customer satisfaction to ensure renewals and expansion of deployments
- Direct Client Services subject matter experts during customer deployments
- Move customers through rapid deployment cycles using repeatable scalable methodologies
- Support the pre-sales process to guide clients to qualified successful program kickoff
- Partner with Client Services SMEs and other company functions to identify opportunities to improve company solutions, products and deployment methodologies Requirements:
- BS/BA - MBA is a plus
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a services organization in a client-facing role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to details
- Proven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual projects
- Project management skills and methodologies that deliver complex digital programs on time and on budget
- A passion for digital, online marketing, social media, and a keen interest in gamification
- Strong PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- The ability become skilled in the principals of gamification and the technical aspects of a cloud-based gamification platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box
- Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to present ideas and solutions to many audiences including senior management
- Can work cross functionally in many areas without being constrained by your job function
