Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working individual to come join the FoodyDirect team as a Customer Service Associate and Operations Wizard. You'll dive deeply into the world of shipping gourmet food while providing high-quality customer service to the many Foodies who visit FoodyDirect.

We communicate with our customers over a variety of channels including, phone, chat, and email. You'll also be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that are essential to the office running smoothly.


Working with our service team to respond promptly to customer requests by phone, e-mail, and chat.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of online ordering platform (we will teach you!)
Reporting site issues and trends in customer experience.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Collecting data and putting together ad-hoc reports.

The icing on the cake:

Previous experience in customer service: retail, call center, catering, etc.
A familiarity with SalesForce Service Cloud.
Knowledgeable about the food world.
Experience with analysis, inventory management or merchandising.
Have an eye for design or experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
