The Director of Enrollment, under the guidance of the Campus Director, will lead and manage the enrollment process at the Halstrom Campus, including community outreach, working with prospective families from inquiry status through enrollments, supporting family engagement and retention activities. This role is a key member of the campus management team and will periodically be asked to assist in the duties of peer roles that are focused on campus operations and teacher management. It will occasionally be asked to work evening and weekend hours. Travel will be required within the local area of the campus. Main Responsibilities - Sales/Enrollments: Meet and exceed enrollment goals Work with internal call center by managing and responding to all inbound leads as needed. Each lead should be easily tracked at all stages of the process through our Salesforce platform Follow the designed enrollment process with all Campus Tours and Enrollment Meetings Follow up with all potential families that have not yet enrolled Process all enrollment agreement contracts and facilitate scheduling of new students Collect payment for tuition and any other fees due from enrolled families Community Relations/Generating Referrals: Develop an on-the-ground plan that will incorporate a variety of strategies to reach and exceed enrollment goals Develop awareness of the school among community organizations, businesses, and various educational institutionsPartner with parents and students to develop awareness of the school through word-of-mouth campaigns and referrals. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Management/Human Services/Marketing/Communication/Education highly preferred Past experience in developing and managing community-based initiatives, school-business partnerships, enrollment/membership initiatives, and/or marketing/awareness campaigns highly preferred 2-3 years of consultative selling experience Knowledge of community services preferred
