Escrow Professional Posted on:01/17/13 Job Number: 300###-####1-4-316934   Add to Cart   Email to a Friend Location: San Mateo, CA Description: A large Title company in San Mateo is looking for an Escrow Assistant/Escrow Professional to start immediately to assist some of their most successful Escrow Officers. You will assist the Escrow Officer with their pipeline of files, including funding and closing of all transactions. Daily responsibilities include preparing estimated closing statements for buyer and seller. In addition you will assist lenders with their funding and closing conditions. This role will assist an Escrow Officer to manage the escrow process from open to close. Customer service and clerical functions to assist all parties involved in the escrow process. Other duties may include assisting the Escrow Officer in development and marketing of new business. Previous Escrow and Title experience is required. The assistant is required to assist the officer on all the files, including providing the double audit process when reviewing and funding the closing. Open and receipt in all new escrows, if officer is not doing it. Must be able to prepare estimated closing statements for buyer and seller and get to the lenders. Enter into the status reports all pertinent information for clients. Cover the desk in the absence of the officer.
